The FSA100 Film
Surface Analyzer is used in QC/QA and R&D of polymer film samples.
It is a modular surface inspection equipment that can be used to detect impurities
and contamination such as holes, scratches etc. They are all equipped with high
resolution
cameras system for high accuracy and performance. There’s also the FSP600 which is
an online
system to detect every defect-type which often appears in transparent and
non-transparent
films during production process and film processing/finishing process.
